How do I verify your certifications?
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE (EU 2017/745), FDA, GMPC (ISO 22716), BSCI, ISO 14001, and FSC. Every certificate number is listed on our Honor Certification page. You can verify each one through the issuing body's public database. Third-party audits by SGS, Intertek, or TUV are standard procedure — not something we need advance notice for.
What is your MOQ and typical lead time?
MOQ starts from 10,000 pieces for baby/adult diapers. Wet wipes MOQ from 88,000 pieces. Typical timeline from order confirmation to shipment is 20-30 days. Sample development: 5-7 days. Packaging artwork: 5-7 days. Mass production: 10-15 days. FOB Putian or Xiamen port.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Factory visits are encouraged. Our 100,000 m² facility in Putian, Fujian is open for client inspection. You can walk the production floor, review QC records, inspect raw material inventory, and meet the export team. We also provide a virtual VR tour for initial evaluation. Third-party audits can be commissioned through SGS, Intertek, or TUV.
