68 automatic production lines operating across 200,000 m². Annual output: 1.2 billion baby diapers, 180 million adult diapers, 600 million wet wipes, and 400 million cotton tissue products. Current utilization rate allows flexible capacity for new OEM partnerships.
What are your cleanroom and hygiene standards?
A 100,000-class cleanroom (ISO Class 8) with positive-pressure air filtration, temperature, and humidity control serves wet wipes production. All other areas follow GMP hygiene protocols with scheduled cleaning and environmental monitoring.
What certifications does your production facility hold?

Baby diapers: 150,000 pcs. Adult diapers: 50,000 pcs. Wet wipes: 30,000 bags. Sanitary pads: 300,000 pcs. Panty liners: 500,000 pcs. Menstrual pants: 100,000 pcs. Underpads: 50,000 pcs. What is the production lead time?
Sample development: 2-3 weeks. Mass production: 4-8 weeks after sample approval. Custom packaging: an additional 2-4 weeks. Sea freight: 2-6 weeks to major ports. Total cycle: 10-18 weeks.
Can I tour the factory before placing an order?
