How the printing works
Two methods dominate:

- Flexo: Faster cylinder making, more flexible for shorter runs, slightly less fine detail.

What you need to supply
The OEM doesn't design for you (unless you pick ODM). You bring:
- Dieline: The flat template showing where the print sits on the unfolded diaper.
- Artwork: Usually CMYK, sometimes Pantone spots for exact brand colors.
- Proof: They print a sample roll; you approve before full production.

The MOQ catch nobody mentions
Printed film needs a print cylinder made for your design. That makes the effective MOQ higher than a plain-film order — often a full container or more per design. Budget for it, or ask about stock patterns with your logo overlaid to lower the floor.

What's the minimum to get my design printed?
